QR-code gallery
- Go to ‘Packages’ to view the available options.
- Choose your package: Select the package that best suits your needs.
- Enter your details: Choose ‘Personal’ if you want to create a personal account, or enter your company details if applicable.
- Agree to the terms and complete your payment.
And voilà!
Your gallery will be ready in ‘Galleries’.
Go to your gallery and click the QR code icon at the top. Then click the download button to save and use your QR code.
Only activate your gallery when you’re ready to start collecting images. From that moment, the active period of your gallery begins. So feel free to wait until the day of your event to activate it.
Yes, you can download all the photos and videos. Once everyone has uploaded their images, you can easily download everything with a single click. Just make sure you have enough space on the device where you want to save them.
The photos and videos are yours and will always remain yours. We will never use them without your explicit permission.
If we ever wish to use any images, we will always ask for your consent first, and you can decide exactly which ones may be used.
The gallery is available as soon as your payment is complete. You can immediately set up your QR code and settings. Once activated, the gallery is ready for full use, and your usage period will begin.
No internet is required to take photos or videos.
If you’re somewhere with limited connectivity, you can still capture everything and upload later using the link or QR code. You can also share the link with others so they can upload when they’re back online.
Log out and then log back in. Your gallery will usually appear in the overview right away.
Use by guests
Anyone who has your QR code or link can upload.
If you enable a secret, guests will need it to upload and possibly to view images. You can configure this in your gallery settings.
Yes, but only with the Premium package. Guests will be able to view the images if you set the gallery to public in your settings.
New images are added to the slideshow automatically about every 5 minutes, so uploads show up at your event nearly in real time without any action needed from you.
Typically, you can expect about 300 uploads, but this largely depends on how often you remind guests and how much you encourage participation. The limit allows for over 1,000 photos and 100 videos, and sometimes even more.
There’s no limit per guest. Everyone can upload until the gallery’s limit is reached.
No internet is required to take photos or videos.
If you’re somewhere with limited connectivity, you can still capture everything and upload later using the link or QR code. You can also share the link with others so they can upload when they’re back online.
Extend
Extending keeps your gallery safely stored after the original period ends. Everything remains accessible to download, view or share later.
Available means your gallery is still active within the original period. You can still upload and share your images.
Extended means the original period has ended. You can no longer upload, but you can still download, view and adjust settings.
The extension only starts after the original availability period has ended. The extra time is added afterwards.
Because the extension only begins once the original period is over. Until then, the number of days doesn’t change. Once it ends, the extension period starts automatically.
Yes. You can extend again when your gallery is about to expire.

No galleries left? Purchase a new package under Packages.
Configure your gallery as you wish via the Settings.
Download the QR code.
Your gallery is now ready. Activate it when you want to use it. The active period will start then and will be shown under the gallery in the overview.
